Emily Abbate is a New York-based veteran fitness journalist (GQ, SELF, Runner’s World, and more), wellness coach, and host of the podcast Hurdle, called "addictive" by The New York Times and features in SHAPE, Health, PopSugar, and other publications. When she’s not tapping words to laptop or behind the microphone, she’s likely running or cycling. The UESCA-certified run coach and ACE-certified trainer has conquered nine marathons to date, and she's equal parts proud of the summer she ran her first mile and last year's New York City Marathon virtual PR of 2:23:56.
Lindsey Clayton is a PUMA and SUUNTO sponsored athlete, an RRCA-certified run coach and marathoner, a senior instructor at Barry's NYC, and the co-founder of Brave Body Project. Brave Body Project was created alongside fellow PUMA athlete Amber Rees. Together, Lindsey and Amber have worked hard to empower people through running, fitness, and the pursuit of a brave life. The girls have created a strong presence in the NYC run community and built a successful run club that participates in challenges and races in New York City and virtually throughout the country.
Amber Rees is also a PUMA and SUUNTO sponsored athlete, RRCA-certified run coach and marathoner, Senior Instructor at Barry's in New York City, and the co-founder of Brave Body Project. Brave Body Project was created alongside Lindsey.
